Focused - Each tool does one thing well. No feature creep.
Fast - Build quickly, validate fast, iterate or kill based on real feedback.
Honest - If a tool doesn't get users, I'll kill it and move on. No zombie products.
Transparent - Share what works and what doesn't. Building in public means honest updates.
